Every creator applies to join and is reviewed by our team. When you submit a campaign brief, we match creators by audience, platform, content style, language, location and budget, then contact them to confirm interest and pricing before you see the shortlist.

Two parts: our management fee (see Pricing) and the creator fees themselves. Creator fees vary widely by audience size, platform and deliverables — from a few hundred dirhams for UGC videos to several thousand for large accounts. Your brief includes a budget, and we only shortlist creators who fit it.

Yes. Applying to the creator network is free. We never charge creators to apply or to be listed.

Yes. Creators always remain free to accept or decline any campaign. We only present creators who have confirmed interest in your brief.

By default the creator owns their content, and the brand receives the usage rights agreed in the campaign terms. Usage rights (where, how and for how long content may be used) are specified before work begins.

Yes, when paid-usage rights are agreed as part of the deal. Tell us in your brief that you need advertising usage — it affects creator pricing and is documented before the campaign starts.

Deliverables and timelines are agreed in writing before the campaign begins. If a creator misses a deadline, we chase it, agree a revised date, or arrange a replacement creator, depending on the agreed terms.

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee performance on social platforms. We match you with creators whose audience and past content fit your goals, and we report transparently on what was published and the results that are available.

You pay the campaign-management fee and the agreed creator budget as documented in your campaign terms. Payment schedules and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before work begins. Creators are paid for completed, approved deliverables.

We are starting with the UAE and can already work with creators across the Gulf region. International campaigns are handled case by case — tell us your target markets in the brief.

It depends on the campaign scope and creator availability. After reviewing your brief we confirm a realistic timeline — typically within a few business days for standard campaigns.
